Getting Started
Once you’ve installed AIM service for BlackBerry smartphones, you’ll need an AIM® Screen Name to get started. If you already have one, you can use the same AIM Screen Name and password to sign into AOL Instant Messenger on your BlackBerry smartphone.
To sign in, make sure your BlackBerry smartphone is connected to a wireless network, then:
- Click the AOL Instant Messenger icon on your BlackBerry smartphone home screen
- Enter your AIM Screen Name and password
- Click the Sign in button
