Ready to renew your BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscription? BlackBerry Technical Support Services now has 2 main groups of support levels. BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for Small and Medium Business has Basic, Enhanced and Advantage support levels. BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for Enterprise has Standard, Premium and Elite support levels.
