Can I get repairs to my BlackBerry PlayBook directly from RIM?

Yes. Please contact BlackBerry support using the telephone number on our website. There is free telephone support for the first 90 days of ownership, and the warranty is valid for 2 years. In the case of user damage (i.e. the screen is broken as the device was dropped) there is a charge applicable. RIM can provide a quotation for the damage on request.
