Scroll down to the wrench icon, which should be listed as "Options," and select it. On some BlackBerry models, you may need to select "Settings" and then "Options."
Scroll to "About" and select it. The third line on the screen that comes up will start with a āvā, followed by the software version. For example, "v. 4.5.0.37" is OS version 4.5 and build 37.
