What Should I Do When My Trial Ends?
Once your trial version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1 expires, transitioning to full ownership can be done in two easy steps:
- Purchase BlackBerry Enterprise Server: Purchase BlackBerry Enterprise Server online at the BlackBerry Store, call 001-800-327-9085 or email sales@blackberry.net.
- Update Your CALs and SRP: To complete your transition to a production version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server, enter a production Client Access License (CAL) and change the Server Routing Protocol (SRP) Identifier and SRP Authentication Key.
