Stay productive while on the go with advanced mobile content management features on your mobile device. Share and work on documents anytime and anywhere—without requiring a VPN—to complete common document-centric workflows.
With BlackBerry Share, you can:
- Securely access your corporate documents
- Browse, search, bookmark, download, synchronize, and upload files
- Check out, open-in to edit, open-in to annotate and check in changes to a document with integrated editing applications
Secure offline synchronization of files between the device and the corporate repositories means you can easily utilize, modify and edit your most important business documents even when offline, such as during flights.
Industry-Leading Data Protection
Securely share documents with the protection of Mobile App Containerization from BlackBerry. Documents are fully encrypted – both in transit to and from file stores and at rest on the device – with military-grade AES encryption. This ensures data can’t leak from the device or even to other apps on the device. Only apps that are authorized by an IT administrator—such as an Office editing tool or internal corporate app—can access data stored in the container. In the case of a loss or theft, IT can selectively remote wipe the corporate data to immediately protect documents and content, without affecting the user’s personal data.
